Dr. Abid Hussain – Chairman
Dr.Abid Hussain was a former Indian Ambassador to United States of
America and a former member of Indian Administrative Service. He
served as Secretary to Ministry of Heavy Industries & Commerce
Secretary, Government of India; Chairman of Indian Institute of
Foreign Trade; Member of the Indian Planning Commission and
Constitution Review Commission, Government of India; and as a
Special Rapporteur to UN on Freedom of Opinion and Expression.
Shri K.S.Raju – Director
Mr. K.S.Raju is an industrialist with rich and varied experience in
diverse fields and in particular with Fertilizers. He is the
Chairman and Managing Director of Nagarjuna Fertilizers and
Chemicals Limited (NFCL) – the flagship Company of “Nagarjuna”
Group. He was also associated as Director in several leading
companies.
Mr. K. Rahul Raju– Director
Inducted into the Nagarjuna Group in 1996, Mr. K. Rahul Raju later
assumed role as Head - Nagarjuna Biz Initiatives. He was CEO of
Bijam Bio Sciences Ltd, and Head of Nagarjuna Group’s Emerging
Business initiatives in the year 2000.He served as Director –
Business Development and Strategic Planning of NFCL from June 2004
to October 2008. Mr.Raju was appointed as Joint Managing Director of
NFCL in November 2008.
Mr. S.Ramasundaram - Managing Director and CEO
Mr. S.Ramasundaram was a former member of the Indian Administrative
Services and held various positions in the Government of Tamil Nadu
and the Central Government, including District Collector of Vellore,
Joint Secretary of the Dept of Commerce. He was appointed as
Managing Director and CEO of NOCL in November 2010.
Dr.N.Sundaradevan - Director
Dr.N.Sundaradevan has
served as Additional Chief Secretary, and Chairman & Managing
Director of Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation Limited.
He has also served as Director in leading Companies promoted by
TIDCO.
Mr. M A Pathan - Director
Mr.M.A.Pathan served as Chairman of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. and
Indo Burma Petroleum, Indo-Mobil Ltd., and Indian Oil Tanking Ltd.
He has been actively involved in the formulation of petroleum
policies in India.
Ms. Salila George - Director
Ms. Salila George is Chief General Manager – IDBI Bank Limited,
Mumbai
Mr. S.R.Ramakrishnan - Director
Mr. S.R.Ramakrishnan has over 50 years of experience in the Steel
Industry. He has served the Steel Authority of India Limited in
various capacities including the commercial Director on the Board.
He has also worked with Bhilai Steel Plant and has served as an
Advisor to the C.K. Birla Group. .
Mr. Y. Vijayanand - Director
Mr. Y. Vijayanand is Corporate Advisor of Nagarjuna Fertilizers and
Chemicals Ltd. since 2007. He was associated with State Bank of
India for over 37 years and has served in various capacities
including Deputy Managing Director.
Mr. Ashok J Gupta - Director
Mr. Ashok J Gupta has over 30 years of experience in the chemical
process industry which includes engineering, procurement,
construction, commissioning and operations. He currently serves as
Senior Vice President of New Business & Projects at Tata Chemicals
Ltd. Mr.Gupta has also served as Joint Managing Director of IMACID
of Tata Chemicals Ltd.

Eruch N Kapadia - Director
Mr. Eruch N Kapadia is General Manager Finance in Tata
Sons Limited. He is also a Director in Ewart Investment Pvt.
Ltd. (registered in Mauritius), Tata Business Support Services
Ltd., Panatone Finvest Ltd. and TS Investments Ltd.
Mr. Minoo R Shroff - Director
Mr. Minoo R Shroff is a Management Accountant and Business
Economist, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management
Accountants (London),Institute of Cost & Works Accountants
(India) and of the Institute of Directors (London). He has
served as a Counsellor for economic and financial matters to
leading industrial groups for the last 30 years. Mr.Shroff has
promoted several companies and joint ventures with foreign
collaborators, and helped mobilize large resources, both in
India and overseas. He has served as Director for several
companies, and has held position as President in professional
and business bodies such as Bombay Management Association, All
India Manufacturers’ Organisation, and Indo – Japanese
Association.
